    Nor do I. I'm vocal when something doesn't work for me and make sure it is heard on the forums and the respective twitter accounts. Being defensive is stupid IMO. Doesn't bring solutions, but if you want to be caustic, direct it to the people who sold you the BlackBerry, not a community who is trying to help by possible solutions.
