    I am one of 3 moderators in a group of 31 users. After latest BBM upgrade, I am unable to retain anything in the group chat. I asked one of the other mods to check (Android user) and he still has everything. Save chat history is turned on. I have restarted my Q10. On 10.2.1 OS, no leaks,

    I experience same in my group. I'm not the moderator but chats disappear as I click to read them. I've rebooted my device a few times but to no avail. I'm using PassportSQW100-1/10.3.0.1418

    Had the same thing happen twice in one particular group. Had to leave the group and be reinvited. Havent had any problems since.

    On all of my groups at some point i've had to leave the group and be re-added because the chats completely disappear. Started happening after last bbm update and I have a passport. Hasn't happened to anyone else in my groups, just me. Super annoying.

    I had this same problem but found a solution!

    a.) If you are an Admin on the group, add another person to be a temporary Admin first. You will need a 'spare' for next steps. This is done from Group Settings.
    b.) Leave Group
    c.) Have 'Admin' from Step a, re-add you to the Group.
    d.) Once you are added back, have 'Admin' add you back in as an Admin as well.
    e.) Remove fake 'Admin' from Step a.

    BBM Group should then re-load and eventually re-populate all data as needed.

    I have had two more people in the past two weeks on iPhone say that they get the quick banner that something posted, but when they go into the group they are unable to see it. The above described procedure is what we used to fix it. One off the phones did need to update the BBM version.

    It is happening to me ... Currently using Passport on OS 10.3.1.1565. Anyone found a solution for this? Have tried leaving the group and getting invited back in but doesnt work.

    We haven't had the problem since last reported. We had everyone update their BBM at the time. Seems to have resolved after doing the "Leave/Rejoin" group.
