Added 16, who did not know bbm. They will use it for school appointments and groupworks. It is easy to share a appointment or pics. They really like bbm (first days impression).
I also added 3 people who left bb.
They are happy to have bbm on thzir iphone and android. Lot nicer to communicate.

You can't use it on both at the same time... if you need to use it on the Iphone just use your BB ID that's being used on your Q

I sent the BBM links to 12 people. 8 of them gave up after waiting 24-36 hours and deleted the app. Of the 4, 2 were able to get going within a day, I'm still trying to help 2 people including my wife, who is stuck in a 'Setting up BBM' loop.

Glad to see that most people have had an easier time. I hope over time, friends and family will come back to BBM. It is so much more efficient than anything else out there. Especially for me as I am always on WIFI.

Has anyone had an issue sending to iphone? I am still having issues with my wife's iphone. Unless the BBM app is open, or recently opened, she will not get notifications and it will just show a check mark on my Z10. Once she opens the BBM app the messages go through and it shows a D or R on my phone. But it seems like once the app is "asleep," for lack of a better term then she will not get any notifications. If she has the app open and I send messages she gets the sound, vibrate, everything. I posted this in another thread but have not received any advice really. I told her im not texting her anymore just going to use BBM so I need this fixed haha.

Let your friends put them your email address for the first step. I gave all my friends my email adress and there was no waiting at all

Better create another BBID on your iphone, otherwise you cannot use BBM on your BB anymore. You need to wipe you BB to be able to use BBM again on Q10.

I went from 4 to 8 so far. But the kicker is my iPhone using son has way more then me and keeps adding to his contact list. And none of his contacts own a BlackBerry. Its awesome to see the other platforms take to his and use it. I feel better knowing that theres a little piece of BlackBerry in his phone as well.
