    My BBM is down in Ontario. Reported by other contacts that theirs is also down. File transfers stopped and messages showing the waves, not even making it to the servers.

    Anyone else confirm its down?

    Weird. I restarted and texts and bbms started coming through again... hopefully it's not OS related since I'm on 10.3.1

    Happened to me once, I have full signal but none of my Bbm grup come in usually is very active and I noticed recent update on Bbm was last 20 minutes ago, then I do flight mode on/off bbm started to coming in

    My passport is not connecting to the blackberry service unless I'm on WiFi. I just noticed it a few minutes ago.

    I have reported this problem last week, asking for help, and it's persisting always, no connection to server, sometimes I can't even response to a call, so after os update, I have updated bbm, good news, it works.....bad news not as it was.
