Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me understand this. I have data turned off on my samsung galaxy ace2 x in its settings but even without a wifi connection the app still says it is connected. If im sent a message or send one , does it wait until an active wifi connection is found or does it just bypass my settings and use the data ? This is improtant to me as I do not have a data plan at this time

On BlackBerry it will send via data. So I'm assuming the same way?

My experience with legacy BBs is that BBM won't work without a data connection (had a pearl with no data plan on it so BBM wouldn't even process requests to add people or show invites from other users). This is pre BB10 so there is a chance this has changed.
