We are a by-phone family..........2 Priv one Passport 3 I phones. All have BBM only the Passport cannot video chat off platform?

Is this going to change?

NEWS FROM THE FRONT: Cross platform Face-Time coming this month. Once the new update hits Apple and Droid all three will be able to video chat with no issues. WOOF!

You can hope that at some point BlackBerry makes BB10's version of BBM compatible with both Android and iOS. That would certainly show their commitment.

My guess would be that yes they will enable this soon, but I would have expected that to happen within a month.....

Honestly, is there anyone here who is like a team member of the BBM dept? Just like Cody Bryant who is very active and proactive at the PRIV threads as his team is in charge of the Hub for Android...

How about just android then (non BlackBerry variety). Do they have it? I'd like to recommend it to some friends and relatives if it does.

it should work, I contacted BB about three weeks ago they said it worked but for OS 10

It only works between Android & iOS.

Otherwise the only other option would be between BlackBerry 10 devices only.
