I'm trying to find a fix for several of my friends. They've been using bbm since it was available in android.

For both friends BBM crashed and deleted itself apparently. When they try to re-install bbm it says it's already installed.

Since I don't have an android phone I don't know what to suggest. Please help.

Never heard of this happening. When the go into playstore does it show as installed there?

they should be able to select uninstall from playstore then and start over

It doesn't give any option to install but it doesn't exist on the phone

Apparently it happened after the upgrade for my friend today.

He rebooted and still nothing
