Search proved unsuccessful.

I have had no problem transfering BBM chat history from device to device previously.

Now with 10.3.2.2339 and the latest BBM on my Passport and Classic, I cannot get the chat history to copy over using link like I used to..

Any one else??

you need to be sure u're using the same BBID
you need to back up your BBM chats especially if you had 'save bbm chats' switched on
u need to back up your old device using BB link
u need to switch ur BBM to the new device, allow all the contacts to sync to the new device
switch on 'airplane' mode and restart the new device
connect the new device by usb to ur pc and open BB link
do a selective restore of your backup from the old device, restoring only BBM

Thanks, I have done that type of selective restoration before and it always worked as long as BBM was the same version on each device (and same BBID).

This time though, when I backup the current device, BBM has 278 MB of data and then when I try to restore it shows only 150 MB in BBM.

Something is not going through to ne new device.

This is specifically from a Passport to a Classic.
