I'm trying to email myself a chat by selecting the email chat option but as soon as i click it, nothing happens. Please help!

I haven't used that function for a while, so I just tried it. No problem, it worked fine.

Have you tried rebooting, then give it another shot? Also, When I did it, the email message with the chat was ready to send from my default email address. Do you have an address set as a default? (Settings > Accounts, tap "Set Defaults" at the bottom, and choose an email account.)

It works fine on a small chat. But i tried emailing a long chat and nothing is happening. Any further help will be appreciated.

OK, so there's a limit to the size of a chat that can be handled that way. I just tried it on a really large chat and it stalled.

Here's an option. Instead of emailing the chat directly, try "Copy Chat", then paste it into a new email. That worked for the large chat I couldn't email.

I tried copying chat too, it only copied only a part of the chat. This is disappointing.

The chat you're trying to copy must be much larger than my largest, then. Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions.
