I used the BBM Call function for the first time yesterday with my friend. However I noticed a problem with it. My friend, an iPhone user, when I try to call him, he doesn't get the call. However when he calls me I get the call. Is anyone experiencing this problem too?

It is a bit spotty for me too. Sometimes if I persist it goes through, but never on the first attempt.

Yes it's happening to EVERYONE here and no one is talking about it in Crackberry.

I got this problem recently when I called my dad on his iPhone 5 nothing happens on his phone. No ringing nor any indication of a call.

This is a very terrible problem.

The whole call function is NOT working EXCEPT when calling a BlackBerry phone only!

BlackBerry needs to do something! NOW!

Well join the club, we don't know if BlackBerry is doing anything or not but it's been more than a week here and nothing is getting fixed.

I think iPhone users need to authorise the micro on iPhone settings to work. Please check. I have just made a phone call from my z30 to my wife's iPhone 5 and worked cristal clear.

It wasn't this way a week ago, what I did notice though is how snappy it is when calling a BlackBerry from iPhone or Android.

The issue is only when calling an Android or iPhone.

I have always had problems with voice calls outbound from a BlackBerry 10 device to android or iphone.

I have never been able to make a successful outbound call. I have tried the devices on wifi, and cell networks and still not successful

IPhone and android devices are able to call my bb10 device without any issues.

Very frustrating, especially when trying to push the merits of Bbm to non BlackBerry users

Exactly the same here. Also when the iPhone user has BBM closed the BBM Voice button is grey and I can't even make a call. BBM Voice cross platform is a total mess and I have no idea how they could release it.

Why CrackBerry doesn't write about this? Is BlackBerry aware of the issues? I've also noticed that FB apps is not working good since last OS update!
Purpose of updates should be to improve the users experience and with last BB10 and BBM update BlackBerry done exactly the opposite.
