and honestly i don't expect them to email us soon i mean the beta is almost over and it should be released in two weeks or before the end of January. by now they should have a list of major bugs and minor ones two that they should be working on ironing out. i have a strong feeling when they start the next beta that included bbm video and bug / performance fixes then we might get our email saying welcome to the beta cuz we know bb is slow and mean like that

Can anyone else confirm their emoticons are laggy with this beta? I was so mad when bbm asked if its ready for market launch. Are they simply gonna ignore the fact that emoticons load every time I scroll up and down.

It's a beta. If you aren't prepared to deal with problems you shouldn't be in it. The entire purpose of the program is to have people find the issues and report them before it goes to the masses. Did you issue a bug report?

Edit: if you are part of the beta you have an NDA to not share any issues publicly. If you truly want to help the program and the Dev's air your issues in the beta forums or via the bug reports, not here.

You can sign up in beta world and you may be invited. It's not automated. If they need more people they will go down the list and invite them as needed.
