    I loaded BBM on the note 3 that I am using and signed in with my bbid. It knew I was using the id on my Z10 and asked if I wanted to switch my device. It doesn't appear that you could actively use BBM on both devices with the same id.

    You can only have one BBID active on one device. You'll need to create another BBID if you want to use BBM on 2 different devices

    Nope, ID is for one device. Using the same ID will sign you in on the active device and automatically sign you out on the other device(s).

    I thought the OP meant being signed in to both devices at the same time, not switching between them.
