    I had to restore my iPhone 8 plus from a backup and when I login into my BBM account, I am caught in a loop showing the features of the app? I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and the same result. I am currently on IOS 11.02 and download the latest BBM app from the App Store.

    I will and it just finally logged me in after 4 hours, I opened the app and I had my groups and contacts back, weird and I am thinking it sounds like a Blackberry server issue.

    Well you atleast didn't lose your contacts and groups this time round lol... would have been the third time.
