    I have two gripes about BBM and functionality has nothing to do with it.

    I'm a DTEK50 guy, before that I was a BB10 guy with both a Q10 and Z30. I am a Blackberry user since getting my Curve 8330 in 2008/09. So I was using BBM back before it became a standalone App for 'public' use.

    Native BlackBerry users shouldn't have to pay for ad free BBM. It's not right, imo.

    Also... where is the dark background? It can't be that hard to add that as a feature.

    I second the request for black background in bbm for Android. Would also love to have the ability to suppress that damnable action bar.

    Black background would be great! Also would be nice if I wasn't getting random requests on BBM everyday. Not even once with my BlackBerry Q10, z30 or classic did I get a random request (bought the Q10 on the release date), but on the Dtek50 it started the day after I started this BBM. I still have BBM on my classic and no issues, just on android.

    like on blackberry 10 (bb Z30...) i could like to be able to create custom **Text** tones for individual contacts. Also well adding the tone to be able to pick from the music library.

    They used to pop up in chats. That's no longer the case and now there is the odd add in the feeds. Not bad at all and much more acceptable then within chat list.
