Hi. I have downloaded BBM on my Android HTC One X phone. I have been able to add Iphone and Android BBM users with no problem. However I have tried to add 5 different Blackberry BBM users using all the different options to add (email, pin, scan barcode, etc) but always with the same result. They see the invite and accept, but it will remain pending on their end. I do not say any status update of their acceptance of the invite at all. All I can view is the original sent invite which still says "Pending" on my device.

Is there a bug? Anyone know how to address this problem?

Welcome to CrackBerry! I had a one x before this. Not having this problem. Have you removed, rebooted and reinstall?

Reboots. I had an invite from an Android user one time that I couldn't accept. I would touch accept but my Z10 would not add it to my BBM contacts.

I know you are talking about the issue being on their end. The android handset. Still though they should reboot as should you.

Manually clearing cache should help too.
