Dear Friends

Iam a blackberry user, i love BB, but when i shifted from my 9900 to Z10, i found 2 difficulties.

1. No option for the "Enter Key" how to go to 2nd line
2. No option for Broadcast List, how to manage contacts without lists.

these 2 options made lot of users to avoid blackberry 10 devices, in my circle believe me more than 300 peoples who are capable of buy bb10 device but not switching of these 2 options, i don't understand what is the policy of BB behind these 2 options, people now switching to Whatsapp.

I just switched to iOS the same problem here, please anybody knows how to activate Enter key in BBM or any other way plz update

I don't know about iOS but on BlackBerry 10, you can hard return by pressing Shift + Enter. This will add a new line without sending the message. This was added long ago.

On BB10 the carriage return in BBM (and Texts too) is done as described in the post above mine.
I believe it was added in 10.1.

One note, you must keep pressing shift, then every tap of enter key drops a line down.

IIRC this won't work on iOS, but I'm not 100% sure.

With all due respect, I can't imagine anyone avoiding BB10 because carriage return in BBM wasn't working for first few months.

For the Broadcast messages, I don't use them so could you maybe elaborate a bit on what you would like it to do or not do. Just explain a bit and I'll check it out.
