    Caterpillar S60 running Marshmallow 6.0.1.
    After going in the BBHub and setting the email notification to a sound, a few minutes later it resets it and changes the setting to a number in place of the particular sound I've chosen, and there is no sound notification at all.

    Looking for advice! Thank you!
