    I came across an issue where my blackberry friends can't see my updated photos where as other like ios and driod can, any same issue?

    Did you recently install BBM? Sometimes it can take a while to sync.

    If not, have you deleted and reinstalled BBM? Be careful, there may be a possibility that your chats might be lost even if you select Save Chat History.

    No no am a long time bbm on ios user since it's first launch and this problem just came I don't know why earlier never came across this

    Can all your other contacts see your updates and is it one single contact who can't?

    That's weird. You might delete and reinstall but chats might be lost even if you select to save chat history.

    No I'm sorry I haven't been able to test it since I've left my house already on a hiking trip (taking advantage of a great day here.)

    I can see both my sister's picture updates no problem and so can my gf. we're both on z10s and one sis is on an iphone5 and the other a note3.

    have you tried a restart? if yes, try deleting, restarting, then re-installing bbm, and restarting your phone again.

    Experience the same issue. I cannot see profile updates of my friend who uses BBM on his iPhone 4.

    Reportedly, this issue occurs with iPhone 4 only. While there are no problems with iPhone 5.

    UPDATE: Deleting the person from BBM contact list and adding him again solved the problem!
