    When my wife BBMs me while I am in another app, the message appears, and I can respond, at the top of my screen.

    When I message her back, if she is looking at another app, she doesn't see the message at the top of the screen, and she cannot immediately reply (without jumping into BBM).

    I'm sure this is a simple setting issue, but can't figure it out for the life of me. I'm on a key2, she is on an LG G7.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Also, what version of BBM are you both on?
    I just learned the proper term is "actionable notifications".
