Update. I in installed the app, reinstalled it and processed it again and this time it went straight into the BBM set up..all working nicely now.

I suspect that a lot of spam blockers are blocking BBM emails from getting to users.

When mass emails happen, spam blockers pick it up and automatically block it. (Sometimes not even putting it in your spam box and just not delivering it at all.) Considering there have been 10 Million users already downloaded the app. If they tried to send 10 Million emails in 24 hours, it's not too far fetched that the email was blocked.

Just reboot ur phones and re open bbm. The email itself to some of my friends got "Lost" and/or was sent to the spam folder. After rebooting, the app should be functional.

I requested the emailed (last night 8pm PST) and didn't receive any email at all that I now of, nothing in my junk folder or inbox. Anyways I pressed the APP on my Ipad that I downloaded and voila....it had no problem letting me sign up and it works.

Maybe using my email that is attached to my actual BBRY account helped.

Update - got mine. 30 hours.
Not in junk mail.
Loaded my wife's profile as she broke the screen of her z10. (they wanted 450 bucks to fix it - Rogers subsidiary - no dice) and I registered with mine. Both were bbid's.
Contacts came over, convo's did not.

Still my two friends no email. Monday night request on Android and Tuesday morning IPhone. They both got nothing. BlackBerry just can't do anything right so people won't *****. My friends are laughing.
