Can someone tell me what this is? It shows next to the speaker icon in the top right corner of display.

THis icon means you have adjusted the treble and bass setting for a phone call. while you are on call hit the menu button and you can readjust by selecting enhance audio, There is short cut for this but do not remember it off the top of my head

It's your call audio icon. While on a call hit menu you'll see enhanced call audio. If you choose normal no icon is shown.
