Soon as i saw pics i knew this had to be a curve1967 theme. Great work man you just keep churning them out and for free. When it comes to using the stock UI, I don't think there's a themer out there that does it as fast or as nicely as you, and you keep giving them away to the community.

For some reason I don't see the cute penguins when I lock my phone? I just have the normal wallpaper?

Also, how do I collapse my tray all the way to see the full wallpaper?

You have to have a password set to see the lock screen
To collapse the dock push it all the way to the bottom of the scree.
