Does anyone know of a way to turn off the horizontal scrolling on the main menu?

Example: I like the sensitivity for my trackpad but I keep accidentily scrolling left/right and going to Downloads/Favorites/Frequent and I really have no use for these options no matter how convenient they may be for some people.

So is there a way to disable those?

    Thanks!

I'd also love to know this. Perhaps it's theme controlled?

No, but There is an easy way to get back to the "All" tab.

Just press the red end key.

I too find this feature rather annoying. We just rolled out a bunch of Bold 9780s to tons of people and many have commented how annoying the horizontal scroll is. There really needs to be a way to disable it altogether.

If you don't want any "panes/panels" then look through the theme section here and find one that does away with all of them, sort of like what was in OS 5.

Other than upgrading to OS 7, or using a theme, there's no way to adjust what panes/panels you have.
