Was originally for the 83xx but someone asked that I port it to the Pearl 8130.

-6 User Cusomtizable Bottom Dock
-1 Icon in Top Right to be used for Weather App or whatever you like
-New Item Icon is skinned as a 'Jack O Latern'
-Battery Meter is skinned as a 'Full Moon'
-Signal meter is skinned (Active Bars are Jack O Laterns, Inactive Bars are Skulls)
-Various Halloween themed Icons used on App Screen
-Focus Icon on App Screen is skinned as a 'Bat'
-Alarm Icon is skinned as a 'Witch Hat'
-Hourglass is skinned as an 'Evil Laughing Jack O Latern'

One question though, all I see is 1X instead of the usual 1XEV, anyone know why? Because when I switch it back to my previous theme, I see 1XEV.
