This was raised in th MPoP thread. Retract chat option is gone from the Android app when ending a chat. It seems that it's ionly the Android app that's affected. I've submitted the issue to BlackBerry and opened a ticket.

    Confirmed. Gone for me too.

Unclear if that's a good or bad thing from an enterprise perspective.

Conite: BlackBerry Support wanted to know if the retract chat option is available in chats with other Enterprise customers...but I don't have any. Do you? If so, give 'Er a go? :-)

Update from BlackBerry...They confirmed that retract chat has been removed from chats with BBM Consumer (But BBM Consumers can still retract chats with Enterprise). They didn't really specify if this was deliberate or unintended. I've asked for clarification.

    from BB Support:

`BlackBerry KeyOne - BBM Enterprise 1.2-: Unable to retract chat-1 is the concern I will continue to assist you with.

BBM Enterprise retract for Android still available between Enterprise to Enterprise chat. This option seems to have been removed between Enterprise to Consumer chat in recent updates. I hope this helps.

I will follow up with you via email on <02/03/2018>,, to continue assisting you.`

How does one grab hold of BBM Enterprise at all!? I have two clients waiting to run the trial and buy the product, but BlackBerry Sales are completely ignoring us?

I filled in the trial form about a month ago and didn't hear anything back.

I filled in the form to get a sales person to contact me because I wanted to renew early. I have also been ignored.

Mind forwarding the email to me? I'd like to ask the sender (if not automated email?) to buy the thing

Signal is good for text, but I find it subpar in voice and video

For voice and video I believe the cost is
    US$50 for basic BBMe plus
US$75 for encrypted / enterprise voice / video
(In each case per user per year).

    Can anyone confirm?
