    Hi,
    I've installed BBMe on two of the above devices (Android 8.0.0). Though notifications are activated, BBMe does not play any notification sounds on these phones. Furthermore it's not possible to select an individual tone, the option is missing in the application settings.
    Is this bug?

    It is known issue. I have 2 friends also that have sam problem.
    You should use option inside bbm to report this, find it inside options, and write to them.
    They will fix it, like they did some other things when I wrote to them.
    Use 'report problem' option
