    How long did it take for u to get subscription? I'm trying for a week now, but still didn't get any clear information about how to do this or full info about available packages and pricing. It look that BB representative is not very interested about selling only one subscription.

    I am in North American region. $2.50 usd per user for enterprise chat, and $6.25 usd/user if you want voice and video to also be protected.

    I keep receiving emails from two different sales reps saying that my subscription was about to expire, and that it has now expired.. I've responded to each email and I've yet to receive a follow up.

    BBM Enterprise still seems to work though, so meh...
