    I have been using BBM protect for a couple of years and have the latest version on my Passport.

    Two days ago I sipped being able to see or receive messages. I get a grey clock only.

    In the past one could login online to see my protected account - but I can't find this option on the website.

    I have deleted contacts and then had them send emails to start again - but it's seems to be caput.

    Very frustrating!

    I can't see my account on the dashboard - so I guess it must have expired? I have contacted sales - and hope they reply soon

    What I dot understand is why BBM has not revered to the non-protected version.

    I've just switched on wifi and BBM works. If I turn off wifi then BBM stops.

    Has anyone come across this issue?

    I have put my SIM card in an old Blackberry passport running 10.3.2 - and all is fine.

    This means that the update is the issue.

    I would advise not updating to 10.3.3 until the issue is solved

    I'll discuss with EE tomorrow

    I still suggest contacting BlackBerry sales. They should know of any issues like that with the update. You're a paying customer.

    Skip sales, go straight to creating a support ticket using the 'myaccount'. 2nd best part of the BBM Enterprise subscription is the tech support, 1st being the encryption and 3rd being the absence of ads.
