    I posted this in another forum, but no one seems to know the answer, so I figured i'd ask here...

    My end goal is to be able to program an nfc tag to put my phone into bedside mode. I've looked and looked, but haven't been able to do that natively, but I know that I can program an nfc tag to launch an app. So now i'm wondering if it is possible to create a very simple app, which will open bedside mode. In reality, the app would just be a shortcut to bedside mode.

    Any help on this would be much appreciated!

    Are you aware in the upcoming 10.2.1 builds (eg leaked 10.2.1.1055) that you can customize which items you see in Quick Settings (i.e. dropdown menu from swiping down from top bezel in Hub or home screens), and that one of the new items you can select for Quick Settings is Bedside Mode?

    Yeah, I installed the leak (which is awesome!) and saw it in there. I'm still wondering if it is possible to do via NFC / my idea for the app workaround.
