Love the idea! Unfortunately, I don't build for Android very often, and use their SDK's only *extremely* rarely.
That said, I do love the idea and seeing it on more platforms would be cool. I think if someone builds it droid-like, it should be more flexible for the adjustments ...

Yup! Pretty much.
I usually put a dark background and white icons for all the ports. When connected I make them glow. Sometimes it fun to add in flashlights, strobes, and other fun toys. But the main purpose is so someone can plug in things in the dark without scratching up their devices.
