    Here's an app, how about an app you could open that will display any other app currently running headless. Gives users a one stop shop to see what's running headless and the ability to kill one, more or all apps in one go. You can call it the head hunter .

    The built-in Device Monitor can already do most of this. Also, I don't think the system will let a non-system app kill other running apps.

    That would be the limitations.
    I surely wouldn't want that capability. Someone could write an app that kills every other app on the device.
