I know the normal fix for existing themes but how can you make themes that dont require that fix?
Alex from Ahaz Designs knows he's released a couple that don't need a fix, but I'm pretty sure he is going to keep that a secret. Now I wouldn't, but it's up to him if he wants to make everyone else happy. He even has a website that he charges $10 to join where he posts tutorials but nothing leading edge. Now he could make a bunch by posting there and telling everyone to buy a membership to get the fix, oh man dollar signs all over the place!
