I use Link only to backup my Passport once a month. For the last two months I've been unable to get Link to connect to the Passport via USB. The wireless connection is working and my pictures of syncing just as before, but I can no longer backup. I have tried reloading the software on the PC (which is on Windows 10 now, but was on 8.1 when this problem started).

I had to download the BLEND (also has link and drivers) in the BlackBerry Beta Zone to get mine to work on Windows 10... LINK is now 1.2.4.39.

Uninstall the one you have - anything BlackBerry... LINK, BLEND, DRIVERS. And install the latest version from the BETA ZONE... takes only a second to sign up.
