    I can't back up my Q10. When signing in to BB Link I enter my BBID - page then says"confirming BBID' (which I know is correct) - then page is blank/white i.e is still on P1 and has not moved to P2. When I press 'skip' I can see that my phone is connected tho' 'back up now' is greyed out.

    I have uninstalled Link and reinstalled Link - no effect
    I have set my device with password and without password - no effect

    What is the point of Link if I can't back up my device?

    Are you sure Link asked you for your BBID and not your Device Password? It has never asked me for my BBID.
