I'm running Windows 7 on my desktop. About 3 weeks ago Link stopped opening when I connect either device.

I'm connecting via USB. It is successfully charging both devices.

When I launch Link manually it shows no device connected.

    Any ideas?

Uninstall Link and reinstall it? Best way to uninstall it is to actually download the installer and use the included uninstaller from it vs. using Windows to remove it.

Try to turn on device connections on your device settings. Turn off storage access.

    Thanks for the quick response.
It's still not working. I uninstalled using Windows uninstaller (have no idea how to find the specific Blackberry uninstaller) and then reinstalled the Link software.
One change is that now it will actually launch Link when I plug in the USB, though. But Link says my device is disconnected.
    Just for reference:
    1. I have "Allow Connections" toggled on in "Device Connections" and "USB Mass Storage" is Off in "Network and Connections."
2 I am signed in to Link with my Blackberry ID.
    3. I also dug out a new, original, Blackberry USB cable and am using it to connect.

    Any more ideas?

    Thanks!

When you uninstall link, its best to also use regedit and remove Everything associated with link/rim/bb
