Why the **** is DTM putting an IT policy on my 9550?!!!

This is REALLY starting to grind my gears. After having to wipe my device today to remove an IT policy that came out of no where. I just connected my PC to do my daily back up and boom IT policy is back after the DTM checked for updates. Anyone know why this is happening?! I feel like biting out someone at RIMs throat for this.
