    Hi guys,

    I've got a brand new unlocked Blackberry Q10 which I am using in the UK and the problem I have is that my Mac does not see it at all so can't connect to it.

    I have tried

    -rebooting the phone
    -restarting the MacBook
    -uninstalling/reinstalling Blackberry Link
    -enabling the Flight Mode on the phone and then connect
    -Changing the setting on the phone to "Connect to Mac"

    Nothing seems to work.

    When I plug the USB in the MacBook I get a message on the phone's screen saying "device connected to computer" but nothing happens.The Blackberry Link does not recognise it at all.Therefore I can not sign in with my Blackberry ID (in the Link) or do any sync at all.

    I am running Yosemite on the Mac.Blackberry Link version is 1.2.1 and the Q10 software version is 10.2.1.3062

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
