    My Z30 had a mandatory software update to 10.3.2.556 from Verizon, and when I plug the phone in, Blackberry Link no longer recognizes it. I uninstalled Link and reinstalled it without benefit. Help please.

    I am also on Verizon and received the mandatory update. Personally, I think BlackBerry Link is broken. I've had nothing but problems with it. I'd like to see Blend updated to include Link backup and sync features.
