    My wife and I both have Q10s. We recently upgraded the OS to 10.3.2.2168 Since then, neither of the phones are recognized on either of our computers. We've swapped out computers and cables with no luck. Need to download / backup the phone. Any thoughts? I really don't want to reset to factory settings.

    Here's what i would suggest....delete link and all things bb from your laptop. Then use ccleaner to rid it of all traces of files. reboot. then reinstall link.

    reboot your phone and then try again to connect. It worked for me with windows 8.1

    Make sure that you have the latest version of Link and Blend: BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - US Generally once you get an OS update you need to use the latest version of the software to get everything syncing correctly.
