    exactly my question. Just got a new passport this week and whenever i try to sync my itunes library from my mac to it via link, it cuts out for absolutely no reason when it's not even close to being done. And it seems to take forever before it even cuts out. Whenever I had an iphone my phone's music would sync in a matter of seconds with itunes.

    Also, why are there apps, yes apps, showing in my mac's music when I view it through link? (I'll post a screen shot of what I mean). So confused, hate this software.
