    I have Q5 and just upgraded to OS 10.3. Now when I am connecting my device to Link, it is not connecting. I need to connect it as I need urgently restore my backup. Please suggest.

    Uninstall all BlackBerry software, clean cache and reboot both devices.

    Plug link to PC, when prompted, pick install drivers. Install Link from Q5, restore.
