I have a BB Curve 8900. After updating my desktop software to 6.0.0.43 - I can't find my documents on the desktop software. I still have excel and word documents on my bb phone, but I can't see, add or delete those documents on the desktop software. I can't add new documents either.
well i am running a tour and have the same issue. I thought the new Desktop was pretty cool till this morning. No way to find my files and work with them. With the older version we had the screwy program that would pop up but then you could at least work with your files.
So here is a bump to your thread and see if anyone may have some input that is encouraging
well kinda figured it out. seems if your files are on the phone media you have to move them to the memory card, then when you sync they will transfer to the computer or you can access them via my computer and copy or delete at will
