You don't add folders from your device screen, that's why you don't see the button. Go to your computer screen to add folders.

Okay, I've had my three cups of coffee now and supposedly have my wits about me, but that's always subject to review! So let the hilarity ensue. Actually, no, that is not a computer screen in his photo. It is a photo of a computer program that could be glued to a cardboard cutout which the OP, perhaps in his new job as the BlackBerry Marketing Director, is using to disguise himself while walking around the local mall with a sandwich board, advertising the newest BB Link update! So, there, take that ! :-D

Now, just in case the OP wasn't being facetious, and really wanted an answer to his query, let's try this : the photo clearly shows, to me anyway, that he has no pictures on his Z3. If he did, they would all be showing on that particular screen. That part of Link only shows what is on his Z3. To add any folders on Link you have to be on the computer side of Link, which is accessed by clicking on his computer icon just above the Z3 on the left side of the screen. Once there, he can add folders from his computer that he wants the Z3 to sync with and access. If he wants to add photo folders to his Z3, he has to do it on the actual phone on the File Manager.
If he really does have photos on his phone that Link is not showing, that is another issue. Okay, the caffeine is wearing off now. I'll quit while I'm most likely behind! Everyone have a nice day!
