I swapped out Tours today due to a trackball issue. About a month ago, I updated my Tour on my Mac by having a message pop up when my I synced my phone to the Blackberry Desktop Manager on my MAC. However, today that same message did not come up when I first initially synced the phone or when I restored my contacts and am clueless on how I can upgrade back to 5.0.
I have tried to download the .exe files from both Sprint and Blackberry website, but when I click the .exe file, it just comes up with a bunch of text. Also I am sure I have the lastest upgrade of Blackberry Desktop manager and am running 4.7.1.57 on my blackberry.
I can't remember exactly off the top of my head but I think once you plug in your berry go to applications in the top right part of the screen and there should be a check for updates option somewhere on the bottom of the new screen that pops up
