I was prompted to upgrade to DM 6.0. It installed and when I launch it it tells me to connect my device...and before it can actually connect, I get an error message that says it has stopped working. After a few minutes, it closes.
On my device (Blackberry Tour) I get a connection for a second then it goes back to my homescreen.
I am running Windows 7 and recently upgraded to Office 2010.
Anyone know of the problem and/or a solution?
