'Updates available' when there are none?

Whenever I open DM the first time and it checks for updates for the device, it always tells me there are software updates. Oddly enough, there are none. I went as far as uninstalling all of the updates in Windows (XP) add/remove programs, and delete all the corresponding folders under Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion.

No matter what I try, it still shows there are OS updates, and a downgrade for Docs to Go (I have premium, it still tries to install the original). I can find no other folders where these files would exist, so where the **** is the 'upgrade' coming from???
