    I am connecting my BlackBerry Passport to my Apple iMac (OSX 10.10.x). Am trying to use BlackBerry Link to copy/sync content. I have a 64GB memory card in my phone.

    Upon connecting the device to my computer, BlackBerry Link recognises it and opens up. The device summary page correcting identifies the device and storage capacity.

    However, whenever I drag or sync folders, the activities fail. No idea why. Wonder if there is a file permission problem(?)

    Can anyone assist?
