Unable to remove V4.7 and 5.0 and 5.1(x2)
Ver 4.7, 5.0, 5.01 (2 copies) are currently shown as being installed on my Windows XP Pro sp3. Add/remove any of these gets the following message, "THIS ACTION IS ONLY VALID FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY INSTALLED". I can't uninstall any of these versions. Reinstall gets me to "ENTERING REGISTRY FILE" and stops while using 100% of system resources. I have to select cancel no matter how long I wait. Program is non functional regardless of uninstall or reinstall. How do I get ALL this crap off, start from scratch with a fresh clean install? I love my BB but hate Desktop Manager at this point.
