I posted a thread about this a week or 2 ago and got no answer so I figured I'd try again.
This has happened to me a bunch of times and I can't figure out how to fix it. When I make a backup my MMS messages are backed up just fine but when I do a data restore they're never put back on. When I try to restore them manually via DM they are there but shown as unavailable (grayed out) and I cant restore them. DM gives some sort of message about unavailable databases being configured for wireless backup and restore but I use BIS so I don't see how that's possible and I certainly never setup anything to be that way in the first place. Attached is a screenshot. Any help is appreciated. Using DM 5.0.1 btw.
I am also having the issue! grrr now because I haven't saved the images I had of my kids in my picture messages I don't have them I hope someone can help!
