    when I hook my Tour to my Windows PC...i can view the BB as an external device. How can I do that on my Mac? I want to transfer movies to my phone. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Is Mass Storage Mode enabled in Options > Memory?
    When it is, you should have two drivers pop up. BLACKBERRY_1 and BLACKBERRY_2. 1 is the device memory, 2 is the SD card.

    you know what, I just realized Mass Storage Mode when plugged into USB was off. I will check again tonight with it on to see if it works
